In the area of Intellectual and Industrial Property, she represents our clients in their administrative and judicial disputes regarding their trademark rights, assisting major multinational companies.
She began her career in one of the oldest Industrial Property practices in the country, as an Intellectual and Industrial Property Paralegal, a position she left to complete her Master's degree in Civil Procedure in 2012, after which she joined the team of professionals at Felix & Co.
Other aspects of his experience include Corporate Law, Regulatory Law (health registrations), contracts, civil proceedings and actions for unfair competition, as well as trademark agency services, both in the Caribbean and in other Latin American countries.
