Jessica Belcastro earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM). Her undergraduate thesis, titled “The Right to Digital Death and the Post-Mortem Protection of Personal Data in the Dominican Republic,” reflects her interest in the intersection between law and technology.
She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Digital Law and Cybersecurity at the International University of Valencia (VIU), expanding her knowledge in data protection, artificial intelligence, and the legal challenges of the digital environment.
Jessica has complemented her academic background with specialized programs such as the Diploma in Corporate and Business Law from Gaceta Judicial, and participation in the XXVI Ibero-American Congress on Law and Informatics, organized by FIADI and PUCMM.
Before joining Félix & Co., she gained experience in Corporate Law, Intellectual Property, and Entertainment Law, assisting with company incorporations, contract drafting, and the management of legal procedures and permits before public institutions in the business and tourism sectors, as well as contributing to the legal management of Dominican film productions.
At Félix & Co., she focuses her practice on Corporate and Real Estate Law, assisting in company formation and restructuring processes, as well as in the management of real estate transactions.
